You have your choice of boating, biking, or fishing around the 540-acre park, and you don’t have to worry if you don’t own a boat, bikes, or fishing equipment because you can rent it there. Kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, sailboats, and row and paddle boats can be rented for an hour up to eight hours. Biking around the lake is some of the most scenic in this part of the state, and bikes can be rented for an hour or all day. Bait can be purchases and rods can be rented for $5 for the entire day and the fishing is great!

Philadelphia's Magic Gardens, Philadelphia, PA

If you and your date are foodies, there’s no better place to go than Emeril’s Chop House at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Wigle Whiskey, Pittsburgh, PA

This unique craft whiskey distillery is a great place to visit, and you’ll learn about Pennsylvania’s role in the Whiskey Rebellion in the 1700s. Family owned and operated, the distillery is open seven days a week and has a tasting room and bottle shop. During warm months, you can enjoy special events and your favorite cocktail in the Whiskey Garden. Tours are offered on Saturdays, and you can learn about the process of making whiskey.
