Great place for the kids because water park is right next door. A descent size, so you wouldn't have to walk to do something else. They have a pool, a bar, movie theater, arcade and bowling. They also have little activities like wine glass painting. But bring you food to cook if your a vegetarian or vegan. Not much selection for that kind of food. Been there three time. Like it the best at summer.

This place is so out dated...... I am incredibly disappointed in this place. The Jets were terrible. The staff is so rude; my mother said nice to meet you with a lady that worked in the gift shop, and she gave her the nastiest look ever. The service is poor and wasn't good at all. Everywhere else I went beside my lodge room had service. The pool area is extremely dangerous. I had to call the service Company, to reboot the internet. Never coming here again! ONCE AGAIN UPDATE YOUR ROOMS!!!

To say this place was a dump would be an understatement. The only reason why I would give this place one star would be because my 3 yr old son had fun at the water park. First, it was the longest check in process ever. Our first room was a complete dump. Decor from the 80’s with flies flying around the bedroom. We requested a room change with no apology from the front desk. We were told we would be much happier with our next room. This room (#3634) was a downgrade from our first room. Holes in the bedroom door, bathroom vanity was falling apart and love stains on the couch next to the bed. Music from a wedding celebration taking place was so loud it was vibrating our room until 10pm making it tough for us to fall asleep. Also, there were people running up and down the hallway yelling until around midnight. Paper thin walls made every noise loud and clear. The mattress was the worst mattress we’ve ever laid our bodies on. Stains on the sheets. It was a complete nightmare. We will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. I have plenty of pictures and a video of the room to share with anyone who would like to see.

We received a flyer in the mail indicating we won a few items (for the most part this is legit) However, I will say when I inquired about the 2 air fair tickets/2 night stay winnings...inquired if there were any hidden fees... the girl on the phone said we only had to pay the taxes... not true... there is a 75.00 processing fee per person AND a 75.00 surcharge per person on top of the taxes.... either way... we show up at the location... a bit run down from what all we have seen (many pot holes on the road) once we checked in at the location to take our tour... the two insurrectionist were dressed like prostitutes... literally, both girls were in mini skirts and the one had black thigh highs on and the skirt was so short you could see where the thigh highs started and skirt ended :/ very disappointing for a family environment and first impression. Aside from the way they were dressed the one girl seemed in a mood and I felt bad for them after witnessing a "sales rep? or lady in charge" came out barking at them in front of us... very unprofessional. Our tour guide was amazing and kind and even though he did a wonderful job the damage was already done by what I witness in the lobby and with how run down things looked.... on top of this I though I would call the original number to give feedback to help them out. The girl who answered was nice and kind and said it would be good for a supervisor to know about these thing and put me on the phone with one.... couldn't believe my ears on how she spoke to me we are SO RELIEVED that we did not make a go on this timeshare after how she spoke to me.... if she as a supervisor can't control her emotions and is representing this establishment I can't imagine the nightmare people have to go through who stay here.....needless to say....we dodged a bullet!

Facilities were really nice. Incredibly close to Jack Frost for snowboarding. At one point our heater/A.C. unit was dripping slightly and maintenance promptly came to fix it. Bowled on site. Huge rip off price wise - $40 for 5 people to bowl one game. We would have played more and bought drinks/snacks if the $40 covered a longer period (especially annoying because we outright asked how long the $40 covered and were told as long as we wanted). Roadways in the resort need to be better lit - especially the structures at the entrance/exit which sneak up on you. Very nice baths with Jacuzzi jets. Overall a good time.
