We started our business in 1984 by tapping our first maple trees and purchasing a farm on the N.Y./PA. border to grow Christmas trees on. John grew up on a Christmas tree farm and wanted to start his own. As the Christmas trees grew so did the ideas. We built a gift shop and were soon making fresh Christmas wreaths to sell along with the trees. The most recent additions to the business include the themed gift boxes, and a greenhouse to grow cut flower Manns Country Gardens plants and perennials in. Our goal is to compliment our "you-cut" Christmas tree farm in the winter with a "you-pick" flower farm in the summer. Our diverse business combines our love of the outdoors and growing things with the enjoyment we get from visiting with people.
