Mansfield Chamber of Commerce and Mansfield University will be celebrating “Heritage Festival” and “LUMA” by collaborating and making a new event: “LUMA in the Streets”. A free, fun filled two day event for both the Mansfield University campus community and the local communities that kicks off with a Hunter Hayes concert on Friday, September 27th, followed by a street fair, high school soccer game, a college football game, a battle of the bands, and other exciting events on Saturday, September 28th.
