Constantly changes floral displays every few days. Great food in Terrace restaurant. The new fountain shows are a must see and are available on the odd hours of the day beginning at 11am each day. The water lily display during the summer months is spectacular. Live music outside the Terrace Restaurant along with 3 outdoor beer gardens on Thursday through Saturday nights between 6-9pm during the summer. Each beer garden has a different selection of beer so shop around.

Wow this place delivers ! It's totally worth an all day visit. Stay for the lights show or one of the day shows. What stands out for us was the incredible staff! George the dossier for the organ gave us an incredible experience taking time to show my family all about the instrument. Several staff at the Lilly pond gave my children a delightful lesson about fish and frogs. Really the staff were amazing. Don't be shy, talk to them

Gorgeous place over a large sprawling space. Even though you can explore the area at your own pace, helpful staff are visible around the area to provide information about the gardens. There are 2 fountain shows that play throughout the day, and both are amazing! Great place to spend a whole day with the family, don't forget to bring sun protection!

Such a beautiful place and one of the best places to spend a day with the family. The energy price is reasonable and if you're lucky you will get to see one of the fountain or fireworks displays. The maintenance of the gardens is first class and the are so many things to see and do. There is an inside and outside kids area, the fountain displays, extravagant tree houses, and much more.

I highly recommend Longwood gardens for people of tri-state area. This is the place to visit if you are looking for the place away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Once you are in the gardens, nobody is constantly restricting you like other botanical garden in NYC. Best thing to enjoy is fountain performance during the day and night. Live music, decent cafeteria and very well taken care garden at your disposal thanks to Pierre DuPont. You need at least 5 to 6 hours to enjoy entire garden. Getting out of parking lot after 10pm was a challenge. It took us 45 minutes to get out of parking lot which can be reduced to 10 minutes if they hired more staff. Overall, I would love to go there again future.
