It's a giant place dedicated to making and selling you chocolate...and t-shirts, and mugs, and hats, and blankets, and candles, and stuffed animals. But the "factory tour" is free, which is nice, even though it's more of a run through a static replica of a factory than an actual factory. In late April it was relatively quiet, but based on the queue railings, it seems the lines could be extremely long at certain times of the year. They do sell products here that you don't see elsewhere and they have regular food on sale in cafe area in addition to tons of sweets. Once nice thing is that parking fees are based on how long you are on the property. We were there for just a couple hours so parking was free. All-in-all a fun place to experience if the crowds aren't too large.
