Walked in and before we could even say anything they said "have a reservation? No? Well they we are sold out." Following that he turned away and just ignored us. This is during their open session, have a whole 5 lanes being used out of 20. What a great way to treat people. They have people there that will pay them at that moment. They have no politeness. Just go somewhere else.they don't deserve your money.

Called to make a reservation. Told: we don't take reservations, it's first-come, first serve. So our group shows up at open, only to be told it was sold out unless we had a reservation. Really??? Asked to talk to a manager who subsequently said, and I can't even make this up: yesterday we were taking reservations, but today we weren't. So wait... when I called, why wasn't I told it was sold out??? Called the next day to talk to the owner. Left several messages for him. He never called me back. Long story short: there are plenty of bowling alleys that treat their patrons with respect. Save yourself some dignity and go to one of them instead.

Great spot to hang out with friends in Pittsburgh, complete with a bar and a DJ on most nights. Great music and always a fun time. Usually 21 and over, so not kid friendly.

Love the space, the music and food and beer and all that jazz. I understand it being cash only, I just wish the staff were more friendly about it. Good customer service goes a long way.

This place is a lot of fun! It's a little smaller and a little more cramped than most bowling alleys I've been to but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. The bar is a little far depending on what lane you're at and the drinks are kind of pricey (4.50 for a bottle of Yuengling) but I don't know a lot of bowling alleys with a fully stocked bar so that's a plus! 10/10 would come back!
