Memorial Day Parade and Chicken BBQ

The annual Memorial Day Parade at 2pm along Main St., and a patriotic ceremony afterward at the monument on Main and Mill Streets featuring the Sugar Valley Community Band, a speaker, placement of wreaths at the monument, and a 21-gun salute. A Chicken BBQ follows at the Sugar Valley Fire Hall, 24 West Anthony St., Loganton. The Fire Company also holds their annual raffle drawing later that afternoon, with proceeds benefitting the Sugar Valley Fire Company (570)367-1351.
