Enjoy beautiful spring blooms and learn about bees at the orchard with your family and friends!

Wagon Ride Tour of the Blooming Orchards

-Approximately 20 minutes, including a stop in the orchard among the blossoming apple and peach trees. Interact and ask questions about the bees and blooms. The wagon will stop in the orchard for you to enjoy the blooms and walk through the orchard to find different bee facts.
-10 am – 3 pm on the hour
-$6/person (Tickets are purchased at the event)

Walk to the Blooming Orchards

-Walk to the orchard at your leisure and take pictures of the blossoming apple and peach trees.
-$3/person (Tickets are purchased at the event)

Make & Take Craft

-Child’s Craft: Decorate a small flowerpot, select a blooming flower to plant in your decorated pot, take home, and enjoy spring beauty. $5
-Adult Craft: Make your own succulent planter in your choice of a decorative bowl or vintage watering can. Add decorative stones, take home and enjoy on your patio table or gift to a friend. $18

Make Your Own Honey Butter

-With fresh cream and honey, “churn” the honey butter by shaking it in a jar for about 5 minutes. A few more steps and you will have fresh honey butter, made by you to take home and enjoy, plus a recipe for making your own honey butter at home. $6

Learn More About Blooms and Bees

-Storytime and Pictures with “Buzz” the Bee. Every half hour from 10 am – 3:30 pm
-Find bloom facts for a FREE honey stick
-See and learn how nectar is turned into honey with Welsh Mountain Apiaries. Handle bee-keeping equipment.
